The Offer Part Deux

An update to my previous post. We have not put an offer in on the house with the crazy range. It's a short sale and perhaps more trouble that it may be worth. BUT!!! there is an agent that is doing a little digging for us that may bring information to the table that will change our minds... we'll see I guess.

House hunting in South Orange County (particularly beach communities) is tres-hard. There is not a lot out there that isn't a short sale and is in our price range. Luckily, both Bryan and I are very open to (In fact we prefer) a bit of a fixer-upper so that we can truly customize everything to our liking.

There is a houes in San Clemente that is an equity sale with great potential... Fingers crossed again, please!
